Behrendt GmbH manufactures and supplies pallets, containers, and stacking frames for a wide variety of industry-specific applications and stored goods—for example, for transportation and freight forwarding, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, food and retail, mechanical engineering and manufacturing—as well as system pallets for specialized requirements. The product portfolio ranges from Düsseldorf-style pallets to heavy-duty pallets, tubular-bracket pallets, high-rack storage pallets, and cheese-aging crates.

Our History

Behrendt’s roots stretch back 120 years, combining traditional woodworking with continuous innovation to become an experienced manufacturer of wooden packaging and load carriers.
As its core business, Behrendt has been developing and manufacturing seed containers for leading seed breeding companies for many years, as well as containers for transport and storage for nurseries and tree nurseries. The product portfolio has been steadily expanded over the years and now ranges from crates and stacking frames to pallets designed to meet a wide variety of requirements across diverse industries.
From its origins as a traditional craft business, the company has evolved into a reliable partner for customers who demand high standards of quality, flexibility, and on-time delivery. Numerous industries benefit from the wooden solutions from Büren and use them for transportation, storage, and internal processes.
