The ARCA Group continues its growth course and welcomes Abresch Industrieverpackung GmbH (‘Abresch Verpackung’) from Viernheim into the group. With over 50 employees and annual sales of around 10 million euros, Abresch Verpackung is one of the established suppliers in south-west Germany. The acquisition strengthens ARCA’s presence in the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region and gives it a location not far from the logistically important Frankfurt Airport.
“We left nothing to chance in the handover process and, after thorough comparisons, carefully considered and weighed up our decision. I am therefore all the more pleased that I was able to hand over to ARCA, my preferred partner.,” said Ms Abresch.
Specialist in factory packaging and intralogistics
Abresch Verpackung specialises in close cooperation with major customers – particularly in the areas of factory packaging, intralogistics and spare parts management. The company is deeply integrated into the internal processes of industrial customers: from series packaging and short-term orders to the supply of critical spare parts. This integration makes Abresch Verpackung a partner that goes far beyond traditional packaging services.
Strategic move for ARCA
“With the addition of Abresch Verpackung, ARCA is completing its south-west axis: Together with HPN Industrieverpackungen and gomber.plc, a strong network is being created along key economic regions, which will also benefit customers.,‘ says Martin Fix, CEO of ARCA. ’Specifically, the strengths of the sister companies, such as pallet production or the manufacture of highly customised combination packaging, could be combined with the strengths of Abresch Verpackung.”

As is customary for the ARCA Group, the company will remain independently visible on the market even after the integration. The brand, structures, contact persons and proven processes will remain unchanged. Abresch Verpackung will continue to operate in the way that customers have come to appreciate over many years – but now supported by the stability and opportunities offered by the ARCA network.
